Successful Second Annual St. Nicholas Day

From our roving Parish reporter Linda Burton: 

Another fun and educational St. Nicholas Day is in the books. Denise Wilby provided popcorn and the bishop's fur-trimmed cloak; Erika Pearson supplied the hand-baked gingerbread persons and icing for trim; Fran Bates came with sugar cookies and stayed on to help cleanup.  Joseph enjoyed the story, too, despite our not having the "brunch" as was advertised -- Ralph and Virginia graciously took him out for a bite and conversation. I'm guessing Bonnie got the gold coins to Allen. So it was all good.

Attendance: One Mom and Dad; One Mom; One Mom and Grandma: One ex-warden/photojournalist; One Husband-Wife team; One young adult; 5 kids of school age; 1 baby; 1 rector.
