Dear Friends,

I hope this email finds you well.  Thanks for taking the time to stay in touch with your spiritual family.
If you've not been to our website recently click abbotsfordanglican.ca  and you'll see a website brimming with insights about our tradition, the Christian life and how you can grow on your Christian journey.  A special thanks to those of you that update our website.  We are presently updating our live streaming capability on our website.  To live stream our service at 11 a.m. I would recommend using our FaceBook page facebook.com/Abbotsfordanglican  We'll have an embedded live stream option on the website shortly.  If you want to watch the service after it's over there should be an option for you to do that on the website under "Previous Live Streams."  Thanks for your patience as we work on fixing the glitches.
We have three Zoom offering for you most weeks!  We have a Bible study on Tuesdays at 6:30; a "Christian Primer" at 7 pm on Wednesdays and a Compline service that is on Wednesday as well (8:30 fellowship hour, 9 pm the service).  All of these offering are found on the website with clear instructions on how to join.  I'd encourage you to check them out!
We will be offering a "Parenting in Faith" course in the new year; please keep watching your email for the information on that course; it will be coming out shortly as we gather information on who might be interested.
Rev. Art Turnbull wants me to remind everyone that this is the last week of our food drive.  Presently we've collected around 1000 lbs! Great job!  We have till the 31st, so if you were wanting to bring something in please drop it off soon!
Clean up day: On Nov 7th (Saturday) 9:30 am - 12 pm there will be a clean-up day focusing on our grounds and wintering our facility.  Many hands make light work! Please dress for the weather and bring your own work gloves.
This Sunday we have a baptism! Isla MacDonald (daughter of Ryan and Catherine, Kerri's daughter) will be baptized! Jillian Reimer will be reaffirming her baptismal vows.  Let's pray for them as they prepare!
